Auto Liability
Auto Liability pays for bodily injury and property damage to the driver or passengers of the other vehicle. Auto Liability policies can be written to best suit your company's needs. Examples of the types of liability coverage we can provide are scheduled auto, gross receipts, or gross mileage. The coverage can be written in a package or monoline.
Physical Damage
Physical Damage covers your truck and trailer. It's referred to as comprehensive and collision coverage — sometimes specified perils. Most insurance companies ask for a "stated value" of what your truck and trailer are worth so the policy pays out appropriately in the event of a total loss.
Motor Truck Cargo
Cargo Insurance covers the property being transported by the trucker. Coverage and limits vary based on the type of commodity being hauled and the value necessary to cover the load. We can discuss your needs in order to offer you the best company for the most competitive price. Most shippers require proof of cargo coverage before they'll load your truck.
General Liability
General Liability is coverage for an insured not related to driving the truck, but when negligent acts or omissions result in bodily injury or property damage on the premises of a business or yard. Trucker's general liability covers the premise and follows the trucker wherever they travel.
Trailer Interchange
Trailer Interchange is physical damage insurance on trailers that a truck is pulling or is under the control of that trucking company — and that is not owned or leased for the restricted use of the trucking company. Coverage applies as comprehensive (fire, theft, etc.) and collision/overturn to a trailer pulled by a trucking company under an agreement (i.e., non-owned trailer).
Non-Owned & Hired Auto Coverage
Non-Owned & Hired Auto Liability covers bodily injury and property damage caused by a vehicle you hire (including rented or borrowed vehicles) or caused by non-owned vehicles (vehicles owned by others, including vehicles owned by your employees).
